Choco Lava Cake

Today I have for you all a yummy dessert which I am sure we all love anytime. A small size Choco lava cake is delightfully flavoured with. Those who have tried it before already know the magic this cake creates in your mouth and mind.

With its gooey, chocolaty, molten centre, this cake is simply awesome, you take a bite and it just melts in your mouth. You cannot simply imagine the experience.

This molten Choco lava cake can be made easily at home. So, what are you waiting for? Just create the magic in your kitchen.


  • 125 grams milk chocolate
  • ½ cup refined flour
  • 7-8 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 6 tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 4 eggs


1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2 Grease the moulds, dust with flour and remove excess flour.

3 Put the chocolate in a bowl, add butter & melt it in the microwave. Remove the bowl from oven and stir briskly.

4 Break the eggs into another bowl. Add powder sugar and blend until light and frothy. Put the cocoa powder directly into the mixture and mix well.

5 Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture and mix. Sift the flour and baking powder directly into the bowl and blend with the hand blender until smooth. Pour the batter into the muffin moulds.

6 Place the molds in the preheated oven and bake for 8- 10 minutes. Take the molds out of the oven and carefully unmould the cakes onto a serving plate and serve hot.
