These French crepes are so easy and fancy dessert suitable for the most special occasions. It also makes a delicious breakfast!
Thin and delicate pancakes that can be filled with anything you like; are so easy to make with simple ingredients you most likely already have in your pantry.

- 1 cup flour
- ¾ cup milk
- ½ cup water
- 2 eggs
- 3-4 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 tbsp. powder sugar
- 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp. chocolate/ coco powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla essence
- 2 bananas sliced into small pieces
- 1 apple thinly sliced
1 In a bowl place the flour, milk, water, eggs, butter, powder sugar, vanilla essence and chocolate/coco powder. Mix it with a hand blender until smooth. Cover and keep aside.
2 In a hot pan put 1 tbsp. butter, banana and apple and sauté it for 1 minute. Then add the sugar and sauté it for 1-2 minutes or until the sugar gets caramelized. Keep aside.
3 Pour 2-3 tbsp. batter into a heated lightly greased pan and tilt pan so that batter covers base thinly and evenly. Cook for 2 minutes, or until lightly browned. Turn crepe and cook on second side for 1 minute.
4 Remove from pan and put the caramelized fruits on top of it. Fold crepes into quarters and arrange overlapping into a serving plate.
5 Drizzle over chocolate sauce and serve with some strawberry sauce (optional).
