Paneer Rolaude
Ingredients:
- 2 cup Maida
- 1/2 tbsp Kalaunji
- 2 tbsp Oil/Ghee
- Salt
- Boiled Potato mashed
- Boiled green Pea mashed
- Paneer mashed
- Coriander leaf
- Grated Carrot
- Peanuts
- Roasted Cumin & Coriander powder
Procedure:
1 In a bowl put the Maida, Kalaunji, salt and ghee and mix well.
2 Then add water to make a dough and keep it aside.
3 Now in a separate bowl to the mashed potato add salt, roasted cumin & coriander powder and mix well. Do the same with Mashed green pea and paneer.
4 Now make a roti and on top of it spread the potato mash, then the green pea mash, paneer mash and finally the grated carrot and peanut.
5 Then roll it tightly and with the help of Cling film/foil paper cover the roll tightly and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
6 Cut the roll into small pieces and fry them.
7 Serve it with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
