Papad Roll


  • 2 papad (small pieces)
  • 1 cup Maida
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 1 cup grated onion
  • 1 cup grated capsicum
  • 1 cup Paneer (cut into small pieces)
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • Roasted cumin & coriander powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Oil


1 In a bowl whisk the Maida, papad, some grated carrot, onion, capsicum with salt and roasted cumin & coriander powder and make a batter.

2 In a pan heat oil add the remaining grated onion, carrot, capsicum and paneer and saute it with salt and pinch of red chilli powder and cook until brown.

3 Now in a Pan, make Pan cake/ Roll of the batter.

4 Then onto the roll put the cooked filling and roll it.

5 Serve with green chutney or Ketchup.
