Papaya Laddu
This green papaya laddoo is everything that belies conventional thinking but it tastes delicious and easy to make out of few ingredients in a relatively less time.
Each velvety bite of the laddoo reveals papaya swirled with the richness of cashews, khoya and Saffron flavor.

- 1 green papaya (grated)
- 2-3 tbsp. ghee
- 250 gram Khoya
- 2 cups milk
- 1 pinch of cardamom powder
- 4 tbsp. of sugar
- 1 gram saffron
Garnishing:
- Cashew
- Saffron
Procedure:
1 Heat ghee in a pan and put the grated Papaya.
2 Stir until it becomes soft and starts releasing the ghee.
3 Add milk and saffron cook for 5 minutes.
4 Then add the khoya, sugar and cook until it becomes thick and sticky.
5 Finally, add the cardamom powder.
6 Make small round shape of the mixture and garnish with cashew and saffron.
