Try this fool proof recipe and impress your friends and family.
- 100 grams. green cardamom
- 4 tbsp. fennel
- 10-12 black pepper corns
- 2 small sticks of cinnamon
- 10-12 cloves
- 2-3 black cardamom
- 1 inch Dry ginger
- Dry grind all the masala ingredients to a fine powder. Let it cool completely then sieve.
- Store in an airtight container. Use the masala as and when required to make tea.
